We are registered data user under the Data Protection Act.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below).  We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and relevant consumer legislation.

Information that you supply is held securely and strict security procedures are followed to prevent unauthorised access. We will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others unless you authorise us to do so.

We confirm we will not release your Personal Information to any other company outside Gravesend Model Centre for mailing or marketing purposes unless you authorise us to do so.

Gravesend Model Centre which you as a data subject entered an agreement by using the website will be the controller for the user’s data
